My new house/neighborhood impressions

Observations:

  1. Very “kid-friendly” neighborhood
  2. nice and flat with very little traffic. (great for walking the kids around in a wagon)
  3. Neighbors are a LOT closer than I am used to
  4. The house has plenty of space. It’s nice to not be jammed into a house like our old one.
  5. It’s fun to hear the neighbor’s kid’s friend rev up his stock mustang.
  6. Close to LOWES (where most of my $$$ will be going :()
  7. Ceiling fans make for nice sleeping :zzz:
  8. I need to fix my garage so I can park in it. Having my car outside makes me :frowning:
  9. residential neighborhoods = 2nd gear idling down the street. I am used to tearing out of my old driveway sideways. :burnout:
  10. no pool = SUCKS!!!
  11. couple MILFs instead of old ladies to look at :blue:
  12. Walking distance to the Foster House!! :beer:
  13. too much work moving in and fixing stuff. Everywhere I look, I see something I want to fix/change.

Overall, I give the move a 8/10.

Lowes kicks ass.

Space is good - your closet is bigger then my bedroom.

Figure out how to get the lawn tractor in the yard? You should cut the fence and hinge it - but use a giant ball screw actuator that swings it up like Lambo doors. :slight_smile:
