for the money, its not a bad place. Most of the other places were going for $1000-1150/mo, and werent nearly as nice. One guy wanted 1200 for a double wide… :ugh:

my boss hooked me up with about 3 truckloads of furniture too, but I took these pics earlier in the day. Ive got a pull out couch for anyone that wants to come down for a weekend or something…
w3rd. and the grass has a really hard time growing in the sandy soil, so no mowing. only thing that sucks is how close the houses are together, but thats just how it is down here. You will see million dollar houses with about 10 feet of space between them.
im on hour 33 without sleep, so i think im gonna try and catch a nap. be back later. prolly gonna make one more trip out to the house after some sleepage, ill snap some more pics of the living room as it sits right now. :hs:
go out of your way to make friends with teh neighbors then you might not have such problems!
my buddies took a fifth of yukon jack over to their neighbors the second day they lived at their palce and they havent had problems with him. they told him to stop by when the parties were going on and this guy who is about 35 and a lawyer hasnt shyed away and makes his way over a good bit!

yeah already on top of that. The lady to the right of me is a cooky old bat. I said hi and she started randomly rambling about having polio in 1954 and how her husband died last year and blah blah, I told her that if she ever needs help with groceries or yardwork or anything then she can feel free to ask. She liked that. Other neighbors are also older, maybe late 50’s. Havent got a chance to meet them yet.
