somewhat out of the blue the wife and i checked out a place that had been sitting on the market for a while… we ended up really liking it and decided to put in an offer. the guy was way overpriced for the current market so after some hardball we got him down to our price…

i’m no longer in the WNY area… been in PA for that last few years. this place is about 30 miles north of pittsburgh near butler pa
unfortunately all i have right now are listing photos… we still need to close the place but its basically a done deal. more pictures once i get back in there for the inspections.
