Got the Upgrade turbo today so that meant stopping on all the other projects for a moment to yank the old turbocharger off the Regal to see what needs to be done.
I’ll have to remove the DP and match it to the huge WG hole and turbine outlet on the new equipment and get half of a Garrett compressor cover clamp and bolts( the old turbo’s will not fit)

The old turbo header gasket(junk) had been leaking the entire time before. I’m going to get one of those solid copper ones or run none at all.
A few more things I’ll replace or upgrade soon: Fuel Pump and Regulator. I’ll use the old pump and regulator for a separate stand alone fuel system for my Nitrous so I won’t be borrowing any fuel that is destined for the engine.
