my stolen parts and parts a rama

put two and two together and came up with that logical answer. I will have both titles to match the numbers on both the block and the tranny in hand when i go up there on saturday. If i find them i’m not asking any questions i’m just taking them.

also keep an eye open for your wheels

they are worthless, def take the stuff back and spit in their face after garggling with battery acid.

let me know if you need some backing!

lol i can see cutty walking up and trying to carry a tranny/block out of there with some 300lb biker lookin guy chasin after him

did I miss something? what got stolen?

who has them??? is parts a rama a place? :dunno: sorry pgh :newb: again

those wheels are long gone, my guess is they were sold when i got the story about the dog needed a $5000 surgery and it would take longer than expected.

as for my tranny, its a th200r4 and should have an “OZ” code stamped on it along with a un common shifter cable bracket, specific only to hurst olds with lightning rod shifters for those who know these trannys

where is this place at??

hey if i find it the person has two options, give it up or go to jail. Its a shot in the dark anyway but it turned out to be an odd coincidence those two things fall so close together.

parts a rama is a twice a year flea market for automotive stuff.

when and where ill go

speaking of which anyone catch that stolen shelby get confenscated at fords at carlisle

its all this weekend at the butler county fair ground. they usually have a car show, ricer competiotions, burnout contest and then of course the flea market.

everyyear they get corvettes (60’s) that same way at carlise and bloomington gold. the state boys get on their hands and knees at the auctions and check vins

What’s the full story on that?

cutty,i know a few ppl selling up ther now, give me moree details & ill have them look!

the 383 was pretty rusty, it was a bare block. i’m sure there isn’t many if any mopar 383’s up there.

the tranny(200r4) like i said should have “OZ” stamped on in, only a hurst or 442 from the 80’s would have that marking. the vin # would start off something like " 1G?AK479…" and it would have a tranny pan bracket that looks like this

im going next week to carlise its onlya houir or so away from school if u dont ahve any leads let me know ill check it out when im out there n i have big friends to back me up / carry the goods lol

i’m hoping to make it up to the parts a rama this weekend.
