Napoleon GDS50 used for 2 seasons heating an entire 792sq/ft house.
It is set up for Propane only, as there are no natural gas lines running in my area.
40k BTU, with dual blowers.
Remote is included, which is an additional option when purchasing the stove. It has a thermostat on it that will automatically turn the stove on/off, or you can turn the stove on and off manually.

There are no scratches/dents on the unit, the glass is not hazy, and the logs are in good condition.
It was professionally cleaned in January of this year by Reliable Propane.
The unit was removed at the end of the heating season this year, approx in May.

The picture is during a remodel, so excuse the mess! (yes, cats love it)
I always ran the stove on low to provide even heat throughout the entire house, so the flames are much larger/more active when the stove is turned up! During the picture it’s burning at 14k BTU (much lower than the 40k max)
I have an outdoor propane hookup, so I can show that the stove works if you give me a few hours notice to set the stove up.

Paperwork/manual are included, along with remote.
These units retail for approx $1950 without propane conversion or remote.
