im going to stop by after i finish work at 5… will u still be at apexis?
You can thank me…and now that the weather s shit, i’ll be there probably at like 11 to watch.
i came at like 5:30 and everyone was gone… jus wondering where we are meeting at before the UC meet…???
I’d like to thank Adam and Travis for being very gracious hosts and great dyno operators.
I would like everybody who felt likewise to a thank them on there Apex modified forum.
I also thank everbody who showed up and dynoed or just watched. The attendance was great.
Hey all.
I’m very very pleased with the way thing went down at the dyno event today. Of course not on a personal note, but on the page of the NECC as a whole.
Thanks a lot to the Apex guys, Adam and Travis, as they were very helpful, and allowed us to do our own thing throughout the day.
Thanks to everything who helped out with this. I hope you all liked the event, and are interested in doing such an event in the future. Of course the weather let us down, and put a damper on things. Perhaps the next time, we can plan for nicer weather and more things to do.
Thanks to Jared and everyone else who was there to help people out when there was a problem or whatever the circumstance.
Turn out was great, and I’m a happy camper.
I will post pics and numbers in a bit.

Yes. It was a very entertaining Saturday. Good to see such a strong club support.
I was very happy with everyones results and glad to see everyone there and how well everything went …
Such a funny…
…guy, that Scotty.
wha ? no …I was really suprised with everyones numbers …especially Evans …damn he has a strong engine …
No doubt, I think we were all impressed with Evans car
Scott, it seemed a real coincidence about how you placed your sentence, that you were saying that you outclass us. Try one period next time.
my english isnt very good since I moved here from Japan a while ago
Don’t you mean engrish, gaijin?
Update!
Due to the heavy interest. The day has been booked with Apex Modified for Saturday August 21st, 2004 at 10:00am
Please vote and let us know who you are if you plan on coming.
Cost is $60
Up to 5 runs on the dyno
Full Wideband use
Printed and CD Graphs
Hotdogs and Pop
This just under a $200 value for ONLY $60. Take advantage of this now.
Around a 13 car maximum for the day.
Cruise and Meet after the Dyno day.
Anyone and everyone is welcome.
Don’t let us down people, lets make this one a big success.
Gooooooooooooo NECC!!!
I’d be down. Due to the recent rash of complaints on 780Tuners (and pending lawsuit, if I read correctly), against PE Tuning, I’d say go with Apex. Or there’s always Stew’s Dyno
Day or night, doesn’t matter.

I’ve already had mine dyno’d at Apex and they were awesome, the more the cars the lower the cost and 3 pulls on the car.
As the organizer for the Z Club’s Dyno Day the last two summers in a row I can personally vouch for Apex Modified. Travis, Adam and Chris are awesome. Their customer service is beyond excellent and their care and attention to detail with the cars that are brought in to their shop is unmatched as well. And these guys KNOW how to operate their equipment.
I’d have no problem recommending them to anyone.
P.S. “Stew’s Dyno” doesn’t exist anymore. I think he sold his equipment to someone else… don’t know what happened after that.
That surprises me… I figured they’d do quite well with the mobile dyno stationed at Bud Park all the time.

Yeah, I’ve talked to Adam at Apex. And they seemed very friendly.
We can make this a club BBQ day, so not everyone is expected to dyno if they come. It will just be a nice meet and what not.
How does that sound? I’m very impressed with the information we received back. So a maximum of 13 dyno’ers, at $600 for them, equals approximately $50 per person plus GST. Thats not too shabby for 3-5 runs including wideband use. Very impressive.
Now all we need is 13 guys.
You don’t need to be some dyno queen or heavily modified. Throw any car on there and see what she’ll do, there are NO prizes, so it’s all fun and games.
I hope a lot more of you are interested.
Aaron
What happened to PE Tunings Dyno incident? I didn’t even hear what happened. Whats the deal, fill a brotha in.
