I really think Jeff’s onto something with the paintball idea… Maybe a midget in a cherry picker with a paintball gun?
sounds like the murderer in Clue 2009
Just call your local paint store for contractors that can do it. I have a store on NFB 836-3871. They can recommend someone to do it. I wouldn’t have anyone up there that isn’t insured to do it… besides the fact that they may fall, you want someone insured incase they drop the can of paint all over your roof trying to get up there, etc etc. I personally would rent a bucket lift and do it.
BTW, any top quality ext. paint is good down to 35 degrees.
Are the stains still there? Those will need to be powerwashed off before you paint over them.
Use a hook ladder like the one in the pic. I have one on my work truck and use it occasionally. They work pretty well. The hardest part is actually getting it to swing over the gutter onto the roof with one arm. With the metal hook, it’s not balanced the greatest. You don’t have to tie it off. Once it’s latched on the peak, it’s not going anywhere. The hook is actually rather big.
after looking at those pics… ur a puss
call 4eye he knows his shit
So I just took a good long look after the dog walk. Choda’s right. :roflpicard:
The ladder I have, plus a roller on a decent length extension, and I’ll be able to do it myself safely.
I can walk up on the roof to get the back side. It’s pretty steep, but I just need to get one coat on the back of the chimney, not dance a jig on it.
Set up webcam so we can see the end of the FRY.
I still vote midget.
You gotta find yourself a midget.
