there has to be solid proof. such as an investigator with pictures or something of this nature. other than that its hearsay and there is no legal actions. and even then as far as NYS law is concerned its not that big of a deal. unless u are putting a hit on your hubby or wiz, the judge wont look at it like its somthing that abnormal where “charges” will be brought up.
