Derry rocks. If there’s some bizarre crime segment on the news that was based in Westmoreland Co, chances are Derry is somehow involved.
I work with a “club” goer that calls Derry homebase(wait a minute- this is ‘club’ as in VFW, Socals, Italian club, etc- not “club” like you perfume wearers are probably thinking of) and this lady tells the tales of Derry on a regular basis. Probably more weird there than in West Newton…

newchic, yes I know the Cinaberger story. It was a great idea with obvious legal hurdles. Haha, I know an older gentleman on the outskirts of Derry that was a psychopharmacologist PhD student at Pitt when he got busted for making speed for the Philadelphia families. Crazy stories this guy can tell. Gives a litte insight to the nature of some of these intriguing areas…
