Defininitely:

Intro to Latin Dance + Intro to ballroom dance (swing)

Intro to Judo (self defense)

Intro to Badminton, I and II

Gym/Fitness class

etc.

intro to rollerblading was fun

every seat is reservered for com majors

Any other suggestions for 3credit classes?

Hrmm take on intro Arch class…they are usually all 3 credits and really easy, requiring very little actual work

oh also any intro geology courses that dont include a lab…

there is this infamous class I was in…intro to dinosaurs…spiderman got into a fight in the middle of it!

you’ll likely find an interesting class with work more fun than a boring shit of a class with no work.

One of my filler classes was Welding (MIG, TIG, and GMAW)

look at the MFC classes (online) I took one that was “Microcomputer Applications” which was actually “how to use MS office”

badmiton FTW

Hahah

My schedule

Arc Studio 8
intro to ice skating
intro to racquetball
habitat for humanity

siqqqq

UB has a welding class??

whats it called?

I want to learn to weld!

last i knew they were getting rid of it when i graduated back in '01/'02. I don’t remember the name but it was in the ARTs department and was taught by people through Mills Welding.

informatics 101. im taking that now and its a freekin joke! all they really do is tell you “this is a computer. you push this big button to turn it on. this is a keyboard. you type with it. this is a mouse…etc” and then the second half of the class is all lab time where you have to do VERY simple projects using Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. its a once a week class (im taking it every thursday night from 7-9:40, but class never goes for more than 45 min lol). my teacher is Siderakis, and i would highly recommend him, he really knows his stuff and he’s really funny and makes the class very enjoyable. he’s the kind of teacher that i really like because he teaches you what you need to know, and skips over all of the useless information (litterally, he’ll stand there and be like 'uhhh, the second on page XX in the book is a load of bullshit and you’ll never need to know that so dont bother even reading it, but you should spend some time looking over the material on page XX, thats kinda important")
