For those looking to get this to work…
Download DOSBox: DOSBox, an x86 emulator with DOS
- Run DOSBox
- Type: mount c “c:\PATH_TO_CARMEN_FOLDER”
- Type: c:\
- Type: carmen
The game will run great with sound and all animation! I’ve tested this on Windows XP 32bit and Windows 2003 Server x64.

I would think it should run on Vista…not sure.
