i need it changed to a mp3

.cda file is typically just a file to designate where the audio is on a disc. To send the .cda file wouldn’t help anyone. You need to do whats called rip the track you want. There are tons of programs that will do this. Windows Media Player does it too I think but rips to wma instead of mp3… but if you want an mp3, I’m sure alot of people could convert that wma to mp3 real quick… myself included.
