NEED HELP WITH Rolling/Pull

I have the eastwood roller tool but how do i get the Flare type thing. I wanna get the flair and run my 10 ich and maybe no have to do a strech. Willing to pay or if some one could get me some pointers

i got it to flare with a metal pipe on my old 240sx probably easier this way.
