I have a DMCC event next weekend in Quebec I have to make,
Hence I need an S13 SR longblock or shortblock, or motorset before this Sunday so I can reassemble it and get on the track.

So today I opened up my motor and found out whats wrong, it wasnt a rod bearing…
The throttle body shaft cracked in half, one of the bolts that holds the plate on that shaft came off and flew into cylinder 1 destroying everything, got jammed between the valve and piston and shot the rocker arm off and scored my camshaft as well.
Amazing throttle bodies yea ?

Yea… thats a common high boost issue… those suckers rattle free. Lock tight ftw!
Greddy IM? I’ve also heard its possibly an issue with the throttle cable not pulling true on the TB… check that as well.
