Need some help with a dyi wine rack/cabinet

I have this china cainet :

I’d like to make something to semi match it for wine. It only has to hold about 12-18 bottles of wine, so maybe 3ft wide by 4ft high. I’d like to have some back lighting and a glass front.

Any suggestions or links on a good how-to would be appreciated.
