PJB is right about the 3.8 lasabers, 88’s, even the early 90’s centurys with the 3.3. Those centurys are a TANK! They can survive multiple jumps! Stay away from 3.1L and Series 2 3.8L motors (intake manifold issue)

I have a 1995 olds 88 witht he series 2 3.8L. It had an intake manifold last this spring, no big deal and not expensive.

I get about 22-23mpg and I drive it pretty hard. Makes a great commuter car, super comfortable…
