Need web page help

Ok, so I am looking to start and E-Business. I pretty much have no idea how to set up the thing as a whole. This is what i’ll need to do…obviously.

Have a site created/hosted
Have products listed (sizes and colors)
Be able to edit and have up to date inventory managed.
Be able to accept payment (through paypal)
* If there is a better way let me know
Have shipping info kept.

Pretty much everything to run an E-Business

Any suggestions on what software to use to build, where/who to go through to host?

there maybe open code you can use that you can cater to your needs… then you can just style it how you would like to.

Hosting is very easy, register the Domain, and pay the monthly hosting fee that will cover the bandwith and space you need…

I wish i could offer more help… but I haven’t bothered with something like this yet… If you need any help, I’d be glad to research I am kind of interested in something like this my self

Oscommerce is an opensource store with ways to interace with paypal and other payment gateways.

My hosting company and im sure many others have a on click install for OsCommerce through their control panel.

If you want a more custom solution, you can work with PayPal developers console and write your own gateway. Its not too hard if you are familar with PHP.

If you want, shoot me a PM and I can setup a demo account so you can play with the software.
