I decided to go solid aluminum for the subframe bushings, and polyurethane for everything else.
For subframe bushings the choices are (in order of softest to stiffest):
Stock (rubber) -> Nismo (harder rubber) -> Energy Suspension (polyurethane) -> Delrin (hard plastic, sold by Stillen) -> solid Aluminum (various makers).
