negative wire on my car has corroded

Cliff notes:

bought new suv

Had old car (03 eclipse gs) sit in the garage for a month

Battery wire, the negative side has corroded, due to cold and inactivity, and caused the screw to not be able to loose.

Need a new tip for the negative battery wire.

need to have it fixed so it can go on a new battery that i will buy in order to start the car up.

doing so will enable me to sell the 03 eclipse gs, then PROFIT!! $$$

thank you!

did ya try to soak it in some oil/penetrating oil?
you could just go to advanced or something and buy a crimp on connector and do it yourself easy.
chop off the old one, crimp on new one with whatever you have available, done.
since you have to go there anyway to buy a battery :s
