So i saw this neon on route 51 in the pep boys parking lot, it was a green two door, and i looked at it for a second, then i look over agian, and see something on the hood, then i notice that its something sticking out of the hood, it was a big ass turbo, so im looking at the car some and i noticed a canister style muffler sticking out of the side of the front bumper infront of the driver side wheel. i noted it had some number whipped of its rear window (like the numbers they put on when you go to PRP) anyways im wonder if anyone knows who it is and what does it run.
