Network-Wide Build Thread: Carlisle P&S "Suck Car"

^^ That one is cool

But it’s the older body style.

Ok, would you guys be interested in a '95 740i?

I vote you get a sunfire, and try to enter “club Pontiac racing”

A shitty modded 240 is still semi-cool

A shitty modded cavy Suxxxxxxxxxx. Plus we can hang w/ the dew meister.

LOL ill try to get some pics for you today. its silver with a few dents nothing to serious its lowered already has custom magnaflow rain catchers that were made by previous owner lol

hanging with balchick is an HUGE plus if we get a cavi, or sunfure.

finding something manual would be a good idea, extending the shifter with the deep dish wheel would be needed, custom long throw.

-painting as many engine parts while they are still on the car
-the use of as much lumber as possible
-no use of any measuring equipment for the build, eye ball everything
-def blend bumpers into fenders/sideshirts
-diy t-tops/sunroof/targa

making it useless wide body with spray foam would be hilarious

a good example, from our good friends FB page…

^^^ I LOVE IT!

I would love it more if it were attempting a one wheel peel.

Like stupid, crazy wide with custom cnc hub spacers to fit hella flush.

Well if your putting “functional” items on there that make worse than stock… Put skinny tires up front and slicks on the rear (since it will be FWD most likey) Also Put stacks(with flappers of course) going up the A pillars along the windshield…that are not hooked up to the exhaust of the turbos

I don’t think that car will fit in Newman’s garage, lol.

So far this option seems to be winning out, unless people give us more options.

Definitely get us pics

so many good ideas discussed at bubble tea last night

How about this Sunfire posed as a rally car? To me what really makes a car blow is when the owner tries to make it something it can never really be. We’ve all seen the shit craftsmanship on cars a million times before, old news. I think what would set this car off is some amazing craftsmanship of the build contrasted with the idea of fighting physics; ala the ‘turbo feeding a turbo mentality’ as mentioned in one of the opening posts.

it needs as many switched options as possibly, maybe separate switches for each headlight, and preferably switches typically used in a house.

and it def can not have flush wheels, wide body with rims like sunken battleships, super shitty looking

i dont think any shielding gas should be used for any of the welding either. just so it comes out that much worse.

-A stack of multi color/brand/diameter throttle body spacers.

-DIY v-shaped strut bar, but don’t tie the tip of the “v” to anything. Just let it hang over the motor and flex. Bonus points for using only one fastener at each end, drilled into the side of the shock tower.

I like to color of that Cavy, but it’s a 4 door.

LOL, should it be colored & themed around a soda brand? Or some other food product?

This sounds like its going to be hilarious. Would almost make a trip to carlisle worthwhile.

Trojan Magnums was my thought.
