So after what feels like years of searching I pulled the trigger on my first Supra.

1993.5 Black MKIV Supra Premiere
Been looking for a car like this for awhile now, and it had pretty much everything I wanted. Was clean, ONE owner, MINT 60kmi car. No body mods or anything… I didn’t originally want black, but It looks like a demon when it’s clean. I was absolutely giddy when the truck was arriving… this was a long day coming.

(Rapture transport did an AWESOME job with this car, very cautious. Highly reccomend him).

What mods? May I ask price? I assume near $30K?

I’ll get a full mod list later. Premiere was the edition of the 93’s, basically the “Premiere” of the initial lineup.

I dont want to get into price. It’s not really what it’s about.

Speedforsale… and vipimports have cars you can guage the price if you wish.

ballpark is $30K-50K. imo for a car in “certain” condition.

Sorry, I didn’t mean to offend. The stock Supras seem to go for $20K or more while 3S and others seem to drop. I have the damn bastard child of the Jap cars.

cant imagine finding a clean stock supra for 20K with low mileage. Speedforsale sold a stock 93 with 50kmi for like $40K a couple weeks ago.

Ah. I dunno, people pay it. Just think about it though, there weren’t that many cars made… a lot have been molested/kitted up/wrecked. Doesn’t leave many clean/low mileage examples. You can find a 100kmi car for around 25K-27K if it’s clean. www.supraforums.com

Yea I found the guy that does it though. More costly than I’d liked.

Have you talked to Dean at LBF? He polished some stuff for me when I had my VR6 and he did a nice job on it.

Not yet, I actually thought about him when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to get polished/chromed.

I’m extremely leary on taking the car anywhere, but I need to give Synapse a call to have it dyno’d and have the tune checked. They seem to do pretty good work.
