Another car nobody’s mentioned: A Viper.
Sure it’s a Dodge and I can’t believe I just recommended it, but for the bling factor and badass over the top appeal, it’s a good alternative.
Plus, it’s been proven in competition just like any other car worth a damn.
Well lets see here for a second being that im kind of a financial nerd…
This isn’t something you NEED to do right NOW. If I were you, which i’m not and it’s simply an idea:
Invest in something. Im sure you know what will bring the best yeild. Even if you invest in a 13 mo. CD/IRA at 4.5 APY which is avg. your looking at $4K in gain a year. And thats a very simple investment. You still have stocks and if your entreprenurial at all you could buy/sell but thats harder work. But it avgs. 25% return which for you would be $20K :wow
Right now im returning 17% and im doing nothing. Sitting in my chair talking on a car forum. Nothing better than making your money work for you. But its all dependant on the person.
Hell, you could grab a previous gen Skyline at that and still have money left over to do some investing as mentioned above. R34, 33 or 32. At least you’d have something excessively rare [here], reasonably reliable, heavily supported by the aftermarket should you go that route and capable of immense things depending on what your goals are.
And of course, the resale value on skylines is great. It’s not like there’s an overwhelming supply of older models here.
Why? It’s a skyline, not a Fast and Furious mobile. If you’ve never driven one, you truly are missing out. It’s another piece of the same puzzle your VR4 belongs to. Fast japanese turbo cars from the 90’s, back when they built things strong.
