New Cell phone Family Plan needed, help!

I’ve been doing the pay as you go for a while (it is so cheap!). But find myself in need of a better option. Anyone have a hookup with At&T or Verizon for me? Looking for 2 new phones, family plan, shared minutes and unlimited texting.
