New from Albany

You are one of the lucky few…Go play the lottery or something

Anthony who? i dont think ive met you before

basically what i just said:lol

fixed:ninja

Thanks CorEy

I actually won 80 bucks from two scratch offs yesterday :rofl

Nothing needs to be fixed except you’re post on the last page :number1

explain please?

no need to explain kid

The only thing good info you provided were sway bars and tires.

After driving my car for a year, I can say that the sti doesn’t really need a short shifter. Bushings would help though. This is all personal preference as I’ve seen people take short shifters out of their cars before.

Corey I know you are biased towards the AP because you put one on your car and it got slower…but, I think the best power mod for him right now would be an AP stage one map and a catback. Easily 40+ chp and 30+ ctq. This could be had for under $600 dollars if you know where to look. Also, you could install one without the other so your but dyno wouldn’t have to wait.

Your car was also protuned and had a penny sized hole in the intercooler piping. We’re talking stock cobb maps here.

I’m also sure Junior’s tune blew your car up…

You listen to Pete too much :rofl

well if i could do it all over again, i wouldnt have spent the money on the AP. its alright, but not the best. my car got slower because i put 18" rota’s and the wrong size profile tire which i feel soo dumb for doing:rofl

:rofl What’s the stock wheel/tire size and what did you put on?

the car was blowin smoke before it was even on the dyno…

welcome

car came with 225/45R 17 tires (17 x 7 wheel)
i bought 245/45R 18 tires (18 x 8.5 wheel) yaaay meee:retardclap:retardclap:retardclap:lol
just waiting to get some wear on them so i can go to a 35 series profile, which will be almost the stock circumference

And? You don’t think beating on the car with compressed air/meth blowing out of a hole in the intercooler piping would cause this?

The car was blowing smoke so the owner decided to dynotune it to over 400hp?

:rofl

thanks for proving my point, car was already hurt before it got on the dyno…

Oh ok, I though you were saying the Accessport was the cause. I have no doubt the car was hurting before the dyno.

Ok well who cares its my car yea it blew up end of story. The car made to much power for the stock pistons thats the problem i learned the hard way it happens. its good you guys are trying to save this guy so it doesnt happen to him.

welcome man, get some pics up of your car…were you behind me at mcdonalds in albany tonight?

too much power for the stock pistons? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

It’s not that it was too much power, it’s just that Subaru makes shitty pistons. Constant beatings are worse than the power. The stock ringlands can only take so much abuse, it’s inevitable.
