Finally got around to joining on here, glad I finally did. I’m probably just about the only person into messing with Saturns around here, at least conservatively. I drive a 99 Saturn SL2 on springs with some basic bolt on stuff for now until after school when the real fun begins. I live out in Akron but frequent the Lancaster/Depew/Williamsville area quite often. Hoping to be even lower this summer on my coils and be at some get-togethers!
There are a few people here who started out with Saturns actually.

Oh yeah? I have a few friends in the area that used to be into them bigtime back when SDA still existed in Tonawanda. Hope to buck the trend this summer being that guy in a slammed Saturn haha.

Looks clean…never saw the huge appeal of the brand but we all start somewhere.
Yeah it’s the unique factor and original aim of the brand for me. The fact that I never see anyone else in a similar car is what does it for me. Plus these motors respond quite well to positive pressure.

Thanks, in the summer I’ll be out cleaning it damn near daily. Hoping that keeping it clean will overshadow it being a Saturn.

I had a '92 sl2. It was autotragic but once you flipped that bitch into performance mode and it’d chirp 2nd.
Yeah they aren’t the worst motors, 92’s even had an oem header.
Just a shot from last weekend, my buddy let me borrow his wheels for a small roadtrip. I’m refinishing xxr 501’s for the summer.
