Lose the Frames
Lose the big Ad’s(sure they make you money but they make the site look hideous)
Lose the black background (black does not fit for a storefront)
I glance at the site, and I immediately am confused. Navigation is small and hard to read. Your color scheme is hard on the eyes. ummm not sure what else to say since i clicked and then ran off from the ads and the black background.

-PRIORITY-lose west coast gangsta font…actually, too many different fonts are used. fugly. Your homepage looks like a huge pop-up
-menu system is sketchy. The font is good and I like the selection indicator, maybe make it a tad bigger. You could leave the top black and maybe do a light khaki or off white body color
-try a vertical layout as apposed to the horizontal stacking you got goin on. It looks like something i made in highschool…to blotchy with the pics and text spread out as is plus you may be able to keep some ads in there off to the side
