new parts kick ass.

i got enough shit in the past 3 days to keep me busy for a while.

my new parts stash include the following.

a twin disk clutch setup-- uber rare. as in only 2 ever made for my vw tranny. and i got one of them. came w/ 3 sets of clutch disks, the divider between the disks, a heavy duty pressure plate, and a lightened flywheel.

a bosch motorsport fuel pump. supports up to 700 bhp. this is to replace the piece of shit aeromotive that died on the jackstands. if anyone needs one, i can get them through work for under 250. external mount pump.

set of 4 Yokohama A048 Road race tires 205 65 13". only running 2 on the rear. as my front two tires are m&h 205 60 13 dot slicks. but i needed somehting high speed rated for the rear same size as fronts.

and lastly an automatic tranny. allready got it tore apart laying on the bench.trying to figure out a differential to use to make it a lsd. figure that out and the stick is coming out and the auto will go in.

auto eh? How fast are you planning to go?

I ordered shit but everything i need isnt avaliable yet or its on back order damn GM

New parts are always fun … I am with you everythings always backordered or made to order and I always have to wait to get my stuff.

pm replied back, but here is what i wrote—

PUMP I GET IS BOSCH PART NUMBER 0 580 254 044 HAS METRIC INLET/OUTLETS-- M18x1.5 inlet, M12x1.5 outlet. so u need metric to an adapters.

Capable of providing 300 LPH free flow and 200 LPH at 5 bar (or 72.5 psi) for up to 685 BHP. to compare, Walbro GSS341 255 “high pressure” fuel pump can support 390 BHP.

Values calculated at 12V, 3 bar (43.5 psi) base fuel pressure, 2 bar (29 psi) boost pressure, 1:1 fuel pressure regulator ratio.

this is bosch’s big dog pump. used over seas alot, but for some reason not used as much here. list is $510 on it. my cost is 230. have to mark it up some to keep boss happy. so 250 + tax.

let me know if u want it.
