looks good, needs suspension next, shit is monster truckin
Get some coil overs for that thing
If I do lower it its gonna be just a tinnnyyy bit. The gsx and gst exhausts are diff, on the gsx the exhaust goes over the a arms, on the gst it goes under which sucks becuase when going over bumps and shit it will scrape, even more so obviously if lowered.
doesnt look that low but I was driving behind it today in my bmw and saw it come real close to the floor
Just give fat chicks rides, it will lower itself :lol
lololol, funny just today I saw a sticker on a lowered civic that said no fat chicks allowed
update
AWD swap might be coming quicker then expected lol… Friend/mechanic just called me, I guess were going half on a fully built 95 gsx, built motor, fmic, je pistons, rods n shit, spun bearing but has new crank, act stage 2, 3" full exhaust, gauges, fuel system, ext… Mechanic wants exhaust, head and clutch, everything else is mine including title for $500… Think its a pretty good deal.
Hes gonna strip everything off needed to do awd swap, im also gonna take Greddy fmic and piping, gauges, walboro 255 and some random shit and sell the rest…
Ill have pics Fri if anyone needs parts.
As long as it holds boost, you are fine. The EBCs often have cool functions such as dianogostics, built-in boost gauge (often not crappy mechanical), logging, scramble, etc.
But, still keeping that shitty stock turbo? Odd.
no way bro lol, waiting for a huge amount of cash that should be coming within the next couple months hopefully… I dont want to half ass build the thing so I figure wait until I can drop $10k into the fucker and do it right… The only reason I am doing the awd swap so early is becuase this 95 gsx came into my lap for cheap… I can take EVERYTHING I need out of the car and STILL get my money back and probably make a profit… I am prolly actually even gonna wait to do that until winter too, but at least ill have all of the parts laid out ready to go.
OK I said that only because I heard of a ton mods but still keeping the stock turbo.
Good lukc. That’s a difficult car to maintain.
I put the money into the 95. Non OBD-II is the way to go.
why wouldnt you just sell the car you have and get another red eclipse thats a gsx, to begin with?
I am beyond baffled why you would awd swap your car, when they make them.
Spyders only come in FWD
he wants the womens vert.
lol I was hoping that wasnt the reason.
dont we all
Dave, make sure you get with me so I can steer you in the right direction with E85!!!
ehh, there not too bad and everythings cheap on em… I’ve had like 6 of em no major problems and my mechanic is a dsm freak too so im pretty sure ill be alright.
I have ways around this and worst case id just register it in FL where theres no emissions, I have family there anyway.
Im surprised you of all people are downtalking the convertible… “I’ll take my leather seats and air condition over a couple hp anyday blah blah”
An Awd convertible that runs 10’s which is the goal is nothing to talk down about, just a little added luxury.
Will do bro I think youve got me convinced e85 is the way to go!
This kid is running 10’s w/ only 400whp and looks like he cant launch for shit as his take off’s look incredibly slow.
can you even run a convertable at lvd. without a hardtop or a cage.
