My name is John and I am from the Queensbury, NY area. A guy that used to work at Saturn told me about this place when I used to go in and get parts for my Ion. I just recentlly finished a contracting job so have some free time and wanted to join the site and post. I just recently got rid of my 4 dr. Ion (non RedLine) which had a good deal of bolt on accessories as well as a RedLine spoiler. The car was very fun and handled quite well with the suspension work which was completed but lacked the power I wanted. Enter my new vehicle. 2009 Dodge Caliber SRT4. I have always been a fan of the SRT series vehicles and very much like what Dodge put together in the package. Usable 5 door wagon with great utility, solid chasis with a good (not great) suspension for driving, and a great 2.4L turbocharged powerplant that is a real bull to drive! My SRT4 has some nice factory options (Kicker Premium Sound System, Leather SRT Interior with Heated Seats, Sunroof, Polished 19" Wheels) and Mopar makes some good factory backed products for the vehicle. I very much look forward to talking to fellow enthusiasts. I will try to post some photos this weekend if the weather is nice!
what ever happened to keeping everything stock john?.. you always said “i’m keeping this thing stock” and then every other week you come in a put more money into it…
