New Wheel Decisions

For my girlfriend’s Silver 06 Civic: We’re looking for 17"

Well I ordered the Rota Subzero’s in steel gray only to get an email the next day saying they dont have them in stock and can not get them… so now Im looking at other places to see if they have them.

If we cant get the subzero’s we’re looking at the Rota Torques in steel gray

or the Enkei RS5’s in this same color

Opinions?

Get the Torques. I like them better than the Subs

ya I think we’re leaning towards the torques because you cant find the Subzero’s anywhere now

did you try Zoeb at subydude.com?

emailed him, no return

Not really feeling the enkeis. Either of the 2 rota choices should look nice.

I think the torques would look better on a newer Civic. The subzeros look better on an older chassis. I can just picture them on a 92-95 Civic or a first gen DSM.

I ordered the Torques In steel gray.

only difference is that they didnt have 17x7.5 with a 45mm offset. so I had to settle with a 17x8 with a 35mm offset.

hopefully everthing will be fine, just a more agressive looking wheel.
going to be running 225/45/17 goodyear eagle F1’s

not a fan of the enkei’s

the +38 will look much better than the +45 IMO. Slightly wider track, more agressive fit…but not close enough to worry about clearance. The new Civics have such huge wheel wells anyway.

ya we got +35 offset. I looked it up on 8thcivic and seen 17x8 wheels with the same size tires and offset and the setup looks pretty flush
