Yeah they usually split up the late nights amongst workers so really no one in the offices goes over the 40 hr mark so they get 5 hrs of non comp per period usually it seems from talking to them on the phone

I know it was sarcasm just seems like a shady thing NY would do lol.

I agree we have actually had people claim that is what happening
