My name is Patrick, and I have a 2002 VW New Beetle GLS. I am not looking to supe it up but to keep it well maintained, and I hope to get some good info here for that. This weekend, as long as the weather is dry, I’ll be giving it a much needed tune-up. I am also looking for a good mechanic to replace the timing belt and water pump soon.
I have been described as eclectic but also that is the closest the people who said that could come. Interests of mine include ren faires, astronomy, trains, history, computers, reading, various genres of music, ethnic foods, exercising, dancing, old houses, and Sunday afternoon naps.
Oh, my username comes from the tales of 1001 Nights. A close friend of mine plays Morgiana whenever her dance company puts on performances of Middle Eastern folklore, and I thought it’d be a cool name to use.
