If you’re picking a more expensive bike to purchase, insure, register and fix, that you will ride purposely slower, as well as having a slower learning curve and having “slower” bikes ahead of you while riding, without any damn good reason I’d say that stupidity goes directly with a choice of the bike.

European Union tends to disagree forcing people to start on smaller bikes and move up through licensing.
Each bike rides different the way its set-up, that you can tell by sitting on it. Like I said nobody has a right answer to this its personal preference.
