I just read that the Nintendo Revolution will play games from all the nintendo consols. It is backwards compatable with the gamecube games, and with its wifi network you will be able to download games from previous systems.
For under $200 this system is just getting better and better.
All they have to do is fix that contoller.
The controller is set. They won’t change it.
Doesn’t mean the aftermarket won’t make somthing.
nintendo is addressing the controller issue already, by releasing a dock for it that appear to make it a game cube controller.

But this is not what nintendo wants. It is clear they are trying to re invent gaming through simplification. They think that a game can be just as good with one button as a game that uses 8 buttons.
Agreed… that’s what the aftermarket is for.
Never seen that before… wonder if it’s real. It seems fishy to me.
Yeah i don’t know how true that is but i am dying to see what else it is going to do, from what nintendo says there are still some surprises they have in store for it.
if I can dl the whole library of old school games it’d be worth the 200… if not… than it’s not worth the 200.

I believe that picture was a photoshop. But if it ends up being an issue, more than likely nintendo could easily push it out, beside with the gamecube games with it there would have to be some similar attachment.
Personally this is the only console I’m even remotly interested in. Hopefully the idea pays off for them.
I’d pick the system up.
for 200$ why not
I’m not as excited about it as say PS3 but it will probably be very cool.
