Interesting. Will depend how much it gets neutered in transition from concept to production as well as the powerplant and final weight it comes in at.

Do it right and it’s probably a good answer to the FR-S/BRZ.

I’m really disappointed with this concept. if they were trying to revive the Datsun 510, its bang on. If this was their answer to the fr-s/br-z, they failed horrible in the aesthetic department…

I kinda like the boxy look, especially the C-Pillar (if that’s what they’ll call it) and the roof line :gotme:

I should say on the NISMO… not the base / green thing below.

I’d say closer to the 210 than 510. Especially the C-pillar, roof to trunk line, front pointing nose.

I’m a fan of the look, but that is a bad thing for the general public.

no point in casting judgement if it’s just a concept. i like the idea and i’m sure by the time it got neutered down it would be easier to look at.

YES YES YES YES. Love this. So much potential. Its awesome that a Japanese company is jumping into the retro-modern design thing like the American car makers have done. They’ll probably do a better job of it than we did too

That’s where I’m at too. I think the style of the FR-S/BRZ will probably age better though, especially since I have a feeling we’re on the tail end of the retro fad.
