Alliance partner Renault, Nissan and Mitsubishi have combined sales of about 9.3 million vehicles, approaching those of industry leaders Toyota and Volkswagen AG

Bring back the 3000GT?

Nah, how about raiding the Evo’s parts bin and revive the Pulsar GTI-R to compete with the Focus RS and VW Golf R?

There could be some sort of bastardized Clio variant that could fill Renault portfolio as well?

I like your idea better

Bring back the Z32 chassis with a little modernization, like Dodge did with the Challenger.

That would be awesome, but unlikely…

:puke:

What’s the relevance with Mitsubishi?

Now if you said bring back the Starion by using the Z34 chassis that would make sense (almost).

And if you want to pull off the retro thing at least go back to the 70’s; modernized 240Z and Galant GTO MR on a shared S platform would do that trick.

bring back the 1997 lime green eclipse w/ the CF spoiler from F&F. anyone else have any unlikely not that great ideas nissan won’t do lol.

[sarcasm]Put the GTR driveline in one of these and sell it for under $20k[/sarcasm]

GTR driveline should be $80k alone. The whole car costs $100k and after two years of ownership I’m fairly certain the rest of the car couldn’t have cost more than $20k.

It was my response to the question of, “anyone else have any unlikely not that great ideas nissan won’t do lol.”

I’ll edit it to use the sarcasm font.

Bring back OBD1!!! Bring back Emissions carburetors!!!
