these springs settle, ive done 2 or 3 of them after about 2 weeks it will settle another 1/4 to 1/2 inch.

Also, my spring took about 2 days before they settled another 1/4" like you said…But Mine were brand new with brand new shocks so everything had to break in.

did you buy yours used or brand new?
