Willing to part quick release? or what bolt pattern is the other hub?

are the hubs for s13 or s14 ?

S13 and S14 hubs are interchangeable. The only difference between the two is S14 hubs come with a little resistor to turn the air bag light off so the passenger side airbag will still function. This hub lacks that resistor, so I’m assuming it was made for an s13. Although, it will work on either.
