this must have been pretty expensive to make…
That was awesome. lol
Wow they are finally going all out!
yeah it IS pretty awesome… especially for a Honda commercial
i actually really like what the car looks like… so much hotter looking than a GTR… but not nearly as fast i am sure.
That thing needs like 700rwhp…minimum
with a hybrid v6 and 2 electric batteries i think they’re going to go a different route which is actually quite refreshing. the Lexus supercar, i forget what it is even called now, is crap compared to the GTR in all performance categories. This thing doesnt have to compare now. if it has 350hp, 0-60 under 5 seconds and handles well with great mileage it will steal a big part of the category audience… the 99.99999% of the people that never use the GTR or R8’s full capacity.
lol cuz its jerry and leno…

sweet commercial.
The original NSX wasn’t fast so I don’t know why this one would have to be.
correct, the nsx was never meant to be an all out performance car, it was meant to showcase cutting edge technology… Think of it this way, how many cars now have titanium rods? Variable valve timing in 1990 was cutting edge and some manufactures still dont have that technology now in 2012
I wonder if they will be hand made and super light weight?
The Top Gear test of the NSX-R was on tonight…
It definitely has R8 styling cues, I just cant stand the stupid beak they put on all their cars. Its probably the reason the whole line is selling poorly. It will be a shame if Honda underpowers it again. If its a hybrid it will probably be heavy. Maybe they will showcase this technology, eliminating weight and the need for more power to put down decent performance figures. It should have comparable numbers to a GTR, R8, 911, LFA, if they build it right.
WANT VIDEO!
Why is everyone about power with this car. The last was iirc more about handling. I remember hearing and seeing the original NSX being a dominating car in corners. Same thing with an s2k. It lacks power but handling performance is top notch. I hope they did the same with this NSX. I would love to see car be king shit in a handling meaning that you can keep it at a higher speed around corners. Its not American muscle/a drag car. I just cant wait to see them driving around here.
Driving quick > driving fast
That’s an awesome commercial for sure
Assuming that’s going to be a superbowl commercial?
As well as this one:
Good commercial for a meh car (at least that’s how I feel at this point)
X…
Great commercial.
I lost it with Leno laughing in the wingsuit.
