I dont know a lot about that happened, but you dont have the stock valley cover bolts on the car do you guys? I see a lot of people crack it with the larger stock bolts, and had to fix it. The crack is in underside of it right, post a pic of it. Ive seen people put the fast over a stock LS1 coolant tubes and crack it across, or the knock sensor harness clips pop 2 spots were the bust panel knock outs are. But the bolts for runner 2 and 7 don’t have the bolt hold stand off to bottom out on, so if it gets over tightened the intake surface deck will cup, just from that. Same for if it get tightened down with something under it. The FASTs move around alot. Did you check with a strait edge if it warp?

Nah not the stock valley cover bolts, coolant tubes are gone, clips are gone. Someone used mullet power to tighten it down at some point in its life and cracked it and it just refuses to stay together. After this i am going to just get a brand new lower section.

it was broken prior to us ever touching it. it had been epoxied before. As Jim stated all of the supposed to be done’s are done. It simply hates Jim and wishes to end itself.
