^ if You can get a serious confirmation from everyone, why don’t we actually rent the track out? No test & tune BS with 200 other cars…? Just spitballin’ here…
http://www.nyirp.com/track_rentals.htm
$500 TRACK RENTAL INCLUDES
Compulink Timing System set in Auto Mode

Lane sprayed 500 feet (you choose which lane)

EMT personnel and ambulance on site

6 hour sessions

1-10 vehicles

OPTIONS
Each additional vehicle $50

Traction compound $15/gallon

Compulink Timing System will be placed in Auto Mode. You will have to provide someone to operate the tree and burnout box. The ET slip printer will be placed on the starting line for your convenience.
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your date. Please allow 2 weeks advance notice for scheduling purposes.
All vehicles must meet IHRA safety requirements.

$500 for 10 cars. $50 extra per car >10
Thirty Cars approximately
$50*20=$1000
$1500/30= $50
$50 per car for SIX HOURS of prepped, private track with timing & an EMT crew.
30 cars, lets say that they average 13 seconds each pass. Counting burnout and stage, lets say, 1 minute per run.
6 hours = 360 minutes
360 runs / 30 cars = Everyone could get in 12 runs for $50 total.
…if I don’t need it myself.

I’m in either way. I need to get this car down the track. Slips always help a sale. Just gotta install the blowdown tube
Twizted:
not a bad idea
give them a call…?
IIRC You can rent the track (similar to how Lancaster does it) for a Sunday afternoon/evening pretty easily.

i cannot be on the 29th. its a regular test and tune night. If someone wants to rent the track out then they would have to make another post
