leaving the 7th with my girlfriend to OBX, her aunt owns 2 houses on the beach that she rents out and is letting us use one for free:blue:
hottub, inground pool, stocked wet bar, and a pier that goes about 200 feet into the ocean for access to a boat or fishing:blue:
i’ve only been to myrtle beach… how’s OBX? all i know is the house is pimptastic
i’m going there for a few weeks in july. obx is nice…theres not as many people around so its not as crowded as myrtle (thats why i like going there).
where the hell is pimptastic at? i’ve been going there every year since i was like 5 and i’ve never heard of it???

and how are the temps in the second week of may? i looked up on the weather channel and they said highs avg around 75…:squint:

i never went in may…always july and the temps were like high 80s and low 90s. 75 is still nice there though. 2 years ago we went when they had the hurricane there and thats around the temps we had so…

in early may the water may be a little cold for swimming, but the temps are good. (i’m from va beach area, so naturally i’ve made it down to the outer banks a few times.)
ill be in charleston SC from the 6th until the 15th. my best friend is goin over sea’s the 15th so we are having a good send off… should be good times.
last 2 times down there consist of much alchy. 120oz drafts at wild wings >*
i didnt know 50 year old people like to lay out on a nice beach in a bikini and relax, go jet skiing, parasailing, etc. o well i guess i like that lifestyle.
It’s been mid 80’s the past few weeks here in Charlotte. Hit 90 a couple days last week.
The Outerbanks are great. We rent a huge house every year and always have a great time. The house we rented last year had an elevator in it w00t! Our favorite place is Duck/Corolla NC. Last year our house was 7 miles up the beach from the end of the paved road (the 4x4 section) Was pretty sweet seeing the wild horses, except for the huge piles of crap in the car ports in the morning 
We went last year during the week of July 4th. It was hot! Like low 90’s everyday, no rain, perfect. Caught lots of fish, croakers, skates, flounders, and the scary one was a big stingray. Needless to say nobody went into the water after we caught that, the stinger was huge!!
Corolla is great, very nice area!!!
