I don’t care how long ago their cup was.
But, would you disagree that it’s only fair to compare the teams from 1970 on?
Being that anything the Leafs did before the Sabres existed (while a great credit to their franchise) can’t truly be held over Buffalo fans heads, it isn’t much of a leg to stand on just because your team might not make the playoffs this year.
