I have this as well, it’s pretty good on fries, and stuff. My buddy in Louisiana says down there it’s a substitute for salt.

Mammossers Hot Wing Sauce, only on wings… there.
Good on just about any cold cut sandwich. Also great in tuna fish, deviled eggs and macaroni salad. They now sell it at Tops as well.
