Bringing this thread back from the dead. Just picked up some new brews tonight.
Both from behind the counter at Westmere. Got 4 of the 120 and 1 bottle limit on the Stone. Also grabbed a 12 of Brooklyn Summer in cans. They’ve gotten a lot of new canned craft stuff in the past month.
Never had the Stone but im a fan of their brewery.
Old Rasputin, Warsteiner Dunkel, Sam Adams anything, and Oktoberfest for sure.
Just picked up a “sample” at Brew Crew Breckenridge Brewery Oatmeal Stout. I am a huge fan of their Vanilla Porter. I also picked up some Smuttynose Old Brown Dog ale. God I love beer.
Fucking 120 is like sucking down a bottle of 93 octane. Drank 1 bottle last year at H20i…shit is ruff.
Oh and If anyone cares the new restaurant in Schenectady Johnny’s has DFH 60 minute on tap.

and I have had the 120 once before on tap and it wasn’t worth the loot. Got some bottles to age and/or trade.
I’ve never been there, just went to their website. Looks worth checking out.

Olde English had Bellhaven Wee Heavy on Nitro. Best beer on earth.
It does not taste like water to me. Yes, it may not be a high class, limited edition brew but it is still refreshing and has a low cost. I paid three dollars a bottle while dining on some delicious sushi and calamari so I cannot complain.
Founders all-day IPA. I suggest picking it up if you’re a hop head.

They aren’t kidding about the “all day” name. Great beer to hang out and day drink with. Usually prefer my IPA’s hoppy and bright, but the mellow citrus/floral hops make it very enjoyable.
