Related to tech inspections, no, this track is an outlaw track in the truest sense of the word. And even when facilities do tech inspections properly, they’re not done to determine if the car is street legal or not, just whether it’s safe.
Actually the track doesn’t do any tech inspections.
And your car only needs to be registered & inspected if you’re shooting to win the NYSpeed trophy (fastest car that day.) Otherwise if you’re coming just to run and have fun it doesn’t matter. You missed the context of that post being about the trophy not the day in general.
You can have the most unsafe care you want/wont pass any sort of regulations normally… only thing I would say is, “hope you keep that bitch on the track or you’re getting fucked up”
