I stumbled upon one of these once. It was cool and I’m glad I did because now I go there for bubble tea all the time. The green apple is awesome.
There is also a sports bar next door with a patio for those that are into the beer and not the tea, lol.

I think that it sounds cool, but it is hard to look a week in the future. I failed omnipotence in college.
