its only been 5 people that are WILLING to actually drive their fucking cars. Simple as that. Dont want to drive to a problem free, hangout place…find a new hobby cause your sure as hell in the wrong one.
me, tony and a few others that always come down to the Lot, come from exit 11 and 12. We dont give a shit about driving. You dont see us complaining about going down to the lot and putting miles on our cars…thats what they were built for.

i have to agree every year near the end of the season something outrageous happens people say they are going somewhere else and yet it never goes anywhere, there was a beatin with a bat, people camb back, and countless other piles of shit that have happened and people still come back, the main reason is convienence its in the middle of everything for most there are some exceptions, the only other place that as of this point we have had the ok to go to other then the p&r is x gates commons,
im not saying the P&R is bad…but for every night…not worth the drive…it would be a solid 30-35min for me…i undertand some of you guys come from futher than that and thanx for supporting the seen but me and my beater arnt travling like that every friday-sat
i hear that, its 30-35 on a good day to the lot for me wouldnt mind it every once and a while, not a every weekend hangout though, its like this is gonna split the scene up
if you dont feel like driving, dont post. its a turn off for the people that are near by. We cant create some magical location that is perfect for every single person.

we’ll see if i make it up there, its only 15minutes tops, but i live on central ave, and i dont wanna drive too far to just stand around ya know. and its the end of the year anyway. my car is off the road soon… but we’ll see. it all depends on who is actually going.

Nothing personal, just I hate how such a great hangout spot gets ruined by people complaining about it being too far away and people saying they will go and not showing up.
There is nothing wrong with “the spot” for 99% of us. The only problem is with the people who make a parking lot “the lot” that we all enjoy friday nights.
i agree with you on this…it is the end of the season and its going to be the same conversation with the same guys every weekend…dont get me wrong i like to chill and look at other peoples cars…but weve seen the same cars for a whole season now…what new for convo…travis’s car and the fight at the lot…
anyone who knows me, knows that i enjoy driving, and have racked up about 35k this year, and as ive said in another thread, ive driven over 130miles each way when i was in washington for weekly GTG’s… this is just the same old thing, different place. season is nearing its end, unless alot of my buddies head up i probably wont go, ill brave out mcd’s with 94gt5.0 and the old timers that go there.
